目的:建立痛经口服液的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法对方中白芍和当归进行了鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法测定丹参酮ⅡA的含量。结果:在薄层色谱中能检出当归和白芍,丹参酮ⅡA在1.8~9.0μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 8(n=5);平均回收率为98.9%,RSD=1.5%。结论:所建立的方法简便可行、重现性好,可用于痛经口服液的质量控制。
Objective: To establish the quality standard of dysmenorrhea oral liquid. METHODS: TLC was used to identify Radix Paeoniae Alba and Angelica sinensis. The content of tanshinone II A was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. RESULTS: A good linear relationship was observed in the range of 1.8-9.0 μg for Danggui and Baijing in TLC, r=0.999 8 (n=5); the average recovery was 98.9%, and RSD was 1.5. %. Conclusion: The established method is simple, feasible and reproducible. It can be used for quality control of dysmenorrhea oral solution.
