Task—based language teaching has become a hot topic in second language teaching in recent years.This paper mainly gives a frame work to discuss this teaching method from theory basis,classroom implication,and relationship with other communicative teaching methods. Furthermore,meaning and problems are pointed out to help classroom teachers use and improve the task—based language teaching in real practice.
