旅游管理教学作为一门极其重视学生个人素养的课程教学活动,培养学生人文素质极为重要,而从当前旅游管理教学活动开展实际来看,缺乏对学生人文素养的有效把控和教学,学生并未形成必备的人文素质,本文拟结合当前旅游管理教学活动中人文素质培养存在的问题,制定切合实际的解决策略和思路。一、引言在教学活动开展过程中,要结合学生成长特点,充分尊重学生个人的真实思想和想法,切合实际的发挥学生学习的主动性。
