青年职工是我国国有企业的生力军,是国有企业的未来接班人,青年职工群体的思想状态,直接关系到我国国有企业的未来发展趋势。我国国有企业应正视青年职工的思想发展状态,采取正确措施,加强正面引导,培养我国国企青年职工树立正确的世界观、价值观和人生观,最终培养合格的国企接班人。
The young workers are the new force of the state-owned enterprises in our country, the successors of the state-owned enterprises and the ideological status of the young worker groups, which are directly related to the future development trend of the state-owned enterprises in our country. China’s state-owned enterprises should face up to the ideological development status of young workers and take proper measures to strengthen positive guidance and train the young workers in state-owned enterprises in our country to establish a correct world outlook, values and outlook on life and ultimately train qualified successors of State-owned enterprises.
