目的了解北京某高校教职工的尿酸血脂水平及其相关性。方法对10 741名教职工的总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)和尿酸(UA)检测结果进行统计分析。结果男性TC、TG和LDL-C水平在35~50岁组达峰值,女性在51~65岁组达峰值。HDL-C水平随年龄变化不大,男性HDL-C水平低于女性(P<0.05),UA水平高于女性(P<0.01)。UA水平与TC、TG、LDL-C水平呈正相关,与HDL-C呈负相关。结论本校教职工血脂水平在不同性别年龄之间存在差异,血脂与尿酸异常检出率较高,尿酸升高与血脂代谢异常有一定的相关性,在早期预防中应引起重视,合理饮食、定期体检预防相关疾病的发生。
Objective To understand the level of uric acid and lipids in faculty of a university in Beijing and its correlation. Methods The total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein (LDL-C) and uric acid (UA) were detected in 10 741 faculty and staff . Results The levels of TC, TG and LDL-C in males peaked at the age of 35 to 50 years and peaked at the age of 51 to 65 years in females. The level of HDL-C changed little with age, the level of HDL-C in males was lower than that in females (P <0.05), and the level of UA in females was higher than that in females (P <0.01). The level of UA was positively correlated with TC, TG, LDL-C and negatively correlated with HDL-C. Conclusions The level of blood lipid among different faculty members is different among different sexes and ages. The detection rate of dyslipidemia and uric acid is high. The correlation between serum uric acid and dyslipidemia may be related to the level of blood lipid. At the early stage of prevention, attention should be paid to rational diet, Physical examination to prevent the occurrence of diseases.
