后进生,每个学校每个班级每门学科中都存在,数学由于它的抽象性和逻辑性使得后进生的人数很多。特别是在农村,由于受社会、家庭、学校等多方面的影响,使得后进生更是不在少数。作为教师,转化后进生是义不容辞的义务;因此在对待后进生时,教师一定要从心理上正视他们,理解他们,尊重他们;采取行之有效的方法充分调动后进生的学习兴趣,让后进生在原有的基础上得到更大提高。
