氟里昂钢瓶的材质为16MnR,筒体长1100毫米,内径211毫米,壁厚4毫米,容量41公斤,设计压力30公斤/厘米~2。这种钢瓶因简体直径小,内缝焊接有困难。国内其他单位生产相同容量的钢瓶时,有的将简体直径放大、长度缩短,便于手工焊接内缝,外缝采用埋弧焊;有的在内壁加衬垫,外缝用埋弧焊焊接,但这种方法工艺复杂,热影响区宽,薄壁件易变形,电流稍控制不当,即发生烧穿。我厂根据CO_2气体保护焊的优点及进口样瓶,采用CO_2气体保护自动焊成功地焊接了钢瓶。
