本文应用彩色多普勒血流显像技术,对61例不同期的糖尿病肾病及30例正常人的肾动脉血流动力学参数进行了分析。并依据肾血流灌注不同,对肾动脉彩色血流显像程度进行分级。结果表明:正常组及隐匿型糖尿病肾病组的肾动脉内径、收缩期峰值血流速度、舒张末期血流速度及血管阻力指数间均无显著性差异(P>0.05);症状型和肾衰型糖尿病肾病与正常组相比,上述指标均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。随着肾损害增加,肾血流显像逐渐稀疏减少,提示肾血流灌注不足。我们认为彩色多普勒血流显像评价糖尿病肾病的肾血流状态是一种简便、有效的诊断方法。
In this paper, color Doppler flow imaging was used to analyze the hemodynamics of renal arteries in 61 patients with different stages of diabetic nephropathy and 30 normal subjects. According to different renal perfusion, renal artery color flow imaging grading. The results showed that there was no significant difference between the normal group and the occult DN group (P> 0.05); the renal diameter, the peak systolic velocity, the end diastolic velocity and the vascular resistance index (P> 0.05) Compared with the normal group, all the above indexes had significant difference (P <0.01). As kidney damage increases, renal blood flow imaging gradually sparsely reduced, suggesting insufficient renal perfusion. We think color Doppler flow imaging for the assessment of renal blood flow in patients with diabetic nephropathy is a simple and effective diagnostic method.
