Microcirculation is the central part of septic shock, the goal of recovery is to restore tissue perfusion and cell oxygen metabolism balance. Traditional clinical indicators such as blood pressure, heart rate, urine output, skin temperature and so difficult to evaluate the effect of tissue perfusion and oxygen metabolism and recovery, the best indicators of assessment of recovery need to include hemodynamics, tissue perfusion and cell oxygen metabolism related indicators. Early target of comprehensive treatment of the indicators include the average arterial pressure (MAP) ≥ 65mmHg (1mmHg = 0.133kPa), central venous pressure (CVP) 8 ~ 12mmHg, urine output> 0.5mL (/ kg · h), central venous blood ScvO2> 65% or mixed venous oxygen saturation (SvO2)> 70%, can be used as an important basis for routine clinical evaluation.
