目的 研究Nd∶YAG激光在兔心腔内和颈外动脉内模拟血管瘤组织间照射后即刻局部和远期全身的血液学变化。方法 利用日本大耳白兔的心脏模拟人的血管瘤瘤腔,用Nd∶YAG激光分4个剂量组(每组6只兔)作组织间照射,照射后即刻取血,观察其血液学指标的变化。另外将光纤从兔颈外动脉插入进行组织间照射(n=6),1个月后从心脏取血观察血液细胞学、生化学、酶学、免疫学、流变学指标的变化。并对3只兔的离体血样进行激光照射并即刻作部分血液学指标检测。结果 Nd∶YAG激光心腔内照射后即刻,心脏内血液红细胞、白细胞、血小板数和血红蛋白含量下降(均P<005),红细胞、白细胞形态不规则,表面有短足状突起,红细胞膜表面负电荷密度降低,丙氨酸转氨酶、天冬氨酸转氨酶、肌酸激酶、乳酸脱氢酶、全血粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞比积、红细胞刚性指数、红细胞聚集指数、血液还原粘度、低切变率下血液相对粘度升高(均P<005),血液生化学和免疫学指标无明显变化。离体实验除肌酸激酶未见明显变化与活体即刻实验结果不同外,其他各项指标的变化与活体即刻实验结果相同。结论 强激光心腔内照射可马上引起局部血液细胞学、酶学、流变学指标的变化,而酶学、流变学指标的变化与血细胞破坏、形态改变及细胞膜性质改变密切相关,与机体和?
Objective To study the hematological changes of the whole body in local and distant parts of Nd:YAG laser immediately after intracavitary and external carotid artery mimic hemangiomas in rabbits. Methods The hearts of Japanese white rabbits were used to simulate the hemangiomas of human hemangiomas. Nd: YAG laser was used to divide the four groups (6 rabbits in each group) for interspecific irradiation. Blood samples were taken immediately after irradiation to observe the hematological indexes The change. Charge densities, alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, creatine kinase, lactate dehydrogenase, whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, hematocrit, erythrocyte rigidity index, erythrocyte aggregation index, blood viscosity reduction, Rate of blood relative viscosity (all P <005), no significant changes in blood biochemical and immunological indicators.
