实践性是我国帮教制度的实际特点。对此,可以从两方面来加以理解:一方面可以充分发挥各地区的创造性和积极性,根据本地区的实际情况采取各种行之有效的帮教形式,我国的帮教制度也正是建立在这样一种基础之上的;另一方面,实践尚有待于上升到理性,一般性的制度也有待于不断加以总结、完善以便上升到法律的高度。本文力图从理论上对我国的帮教工作加以分析研究,以加速帮教工作的法律化、系统化和制度化。
Practicality is the actual feature of the system of teaching and education in our country. In this regard, we can understand it in two aspects: on the one hand, we can give full play to the creativity and enthusiasm of various regions and take effective forms of help-seeking and training according to the actual conditions in our region. It is precisely in this way On the other hand, the practice still needs to rise to a rational, general system also needs to be constantly summed up and perfected in order to rise to the height of the law. In this paper, I try to analyze and study our teaching and education in theory in order to speed up the legalization, systematization and institutionalization of teaching and education.
