[目的]了解乐东县疾病预防控制体系人力资源现状,进一步探索优化人力资源配置。[方法]2008年对乐东县疾病预防控制体系人力资源现状进行调查。[结果]该县疾病预防控制体系合计187人,占医疗卫生单位人员的18.9%;其中县级53人,镇(场)级134人。具有卫生专业学历者114人,占61.9%。所学专业中,预防医学类30人,占16.0%;医学相关类84人,占44.9%。有卫生技术职称者139人,占74.3%。县级人员年龄主要分布于46~55岁,镇(场)人员主要集中于36~45岁。[结论]从现有的人力资源现状分析,疾控体系整体结构不够合理,建议进一步调整优化该地区疾控体系队伍结构。
[Objective] To understand the status quo of human resources in the disease control and prevention system in Ledong County and further explore and optimize the allocation of human resources. [Method] In 2008, the status quo of human resources in the disease control and prevention system in Ledong County was investigated. [Results] The system of disease control and prevention in this county totaled 187, accounting for 18.9% of the staff in the medical and health units, including 53 at the county level and 134 at the town (field) level. 114 people with health professional qualifications, accounting for 61.9%. Among the majors studied, there are 30 kinds of preventive medicine, accounting for 16.0%; 84 are related to medicine, accounting for 44.9%. There are 139 health technical titles, accounting for 74.3%. County-level staff aged mainly in 46 to 55 years old, the town (field) staff mainly concentrated in 36 to 45 years old. [Conclusion] From the current situation of human resources, the overall structure of disease control system is not reasonable enough, and it is suggested that the structure of disease control system should be further adjusted and optimized.
