目的:观察重复经颅磁刺激技术联合多奈哌齐对阿尔茨海默病(AD)患者认知功能、精神行为症状的影响。方法:选择宁波市康宁医院2017年1月至2019年12月收治的AD患者80例,根据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各40例。观察组采用重复经颅磁刺激技术联合多奈哌齐治疗,对照组采用多奈哌齐治疗;两组疗程均为12周。比较两组治疗效果、治疗前后简易智能精神状态检查量表(MMSE)和AD痴呆评定量表(ADAS-cog)评分、日常生活能力量表(ADL)及神经精神症状问卷(NPI)量表评分变化。结果:观察组总有效率(72.50%)高于对照组(50.00%)(χn 2=4.266,n P<0.05);观察组治疗后MMSE评分为(23.41±2.09)分,高于对照组的(23.25±5.39)分,而ADAS-cog评分为(18.53±1.86)分,低于对照组的(31.28±3.67)分,两组差异均有统计学意义(n t=11.032、7.788,均n P<0.05);观察组治疗后ADL评分为(32.40±4.52)分,低于对照组的(38.19±3.68)分(n t=6.283,n P<0.05);观察组治疗后NPI-1评分为(16.09±2.53)分、NPI-2评分为(38.42±2.64)分,均低于对照组的(20.12±2.64)分、(42.31±2.89)分(n t=6.971、6.285,均n P<0.05)。n 结论:重复经颅磁刺激技术联合多奈哌齐治疗AD患者疗效良好,可改善患者认知功能和精神行为症状。“,”Objective:To investigate the effect of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with oral donepezil on cognitive function and psychobehavioral symptoms of patients with Alzheimer's disease.Methods:A total of 80 patients who received treatment in Ningbo Kangning Hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were included in this study. They were randomly assigned to receive repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with oral donepezil (observation group, n n = 40) or oral donepezil alone (control group, n n = 40). Both groups of patients received 12 weeks of treatment. Therapeutic effect, changes in Mini-Mental State Examination score, Alzheimer's Disease Assessment Scale-Cognitive section score, activities of daily living, and neuropsychiatric inventory score after treatment relative to before treatment were compared between the observation and control groups.n Results:Total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (72.50% n vs. 50.00%, χn 2 = 4.266, n P < 0.05). Mini-Mental State Examination score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group [(23.41 ± 2.09) n vs. (23.25 ± 5.39), n t = 11.032, n P < 0.05]. Alzheimer's Disease Assessment Scale-Cognitive section score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group [(18.53 ± 1.86) points n vs. (31.28 ± 3.67) points, n t = 7.788, n P < 0.05). Activities of daily living score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group [(32.40 ± 4.52) points n vs. (38.19 ± 3.68) points, n t = 6.283, n P < 0.05). Neuropsychiatric inventory-1 score [(16.09 ± 2.53) points] and neuropsychiatric inventory-2 score [(38.42 ± 2.64) points] in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group [(20.12 ± 2.64) and (42.31 ± 2.89) points, n t = 6.971 and 6.285, both n P < 0.05).n Conclusion:Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with oral donepezil is effective in the treatment of Alzheimer's disease. It can improve the cognitive function and psychobehavioral symptoms of patients with Alzheimer's disease.
