目的:比较放置左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统与Tcu380A的临床效果。方法:择门诊要求放置IUD的健康经产妇女267例,分别放置左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统102例(Ⅰ组)和Tcu380A166例(Ⅱ组),随访24个月,对其不良反应、避孕效果、因症取出和续用率进行观察对比。结果:使用左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统妇女的带器妊娠率、疼痛发生率、月经经期、经量、因症取出率低于使用Tcu380A的妇女(P<0.05),脱落率两者比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组续用率分别为92.4%和87.3%,左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统高于Tcu380A,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统避孕效果好、副作用少,值得广泛推荐使用。 Objective: To compare the clinical efficacy of levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine system with Tcu380A. Methods: A total of 267 healthy women undergoing IUD were enrolled in this study. 102 cases (Ⅰ group) and 116 cases (Ⅱ group) of levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine system were placed respectively. The patients were followed up for 24 months. The adverse reactions , Contraceptive effect, withdrawal and recovery due to disease were observed and compared. Results: The pregnancy rate, pain rate, menstrual period, menstrual flow, menstrual flow and menstruation in women with levonorgestrel intrauterine sustained release system were lower than those in women with Tcu380A (P <0.05) The difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). The continuation rates of the two groups were 92.4% and 87.3%, respectively. The levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine system was higher than Tcu380A, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Levonorgestrel intrauterine system has good contraceptive effect with few side effects and is worth widely recommended.
