为了提高硫酸镍晶体的生长效率和晶体制做滤波器元件的效率 ,我们发现一种生长圆柱形硫酸镍晶体α -NSH(α -NiSO4 ·6H2 O)的新方法。用溶液降温法生长出直径 30~ 4 0mm ,长 4 0mm的圆柱形大单晶 ,晶体 (0 0 1)方向的生长速度控制在 1~ 1.5mm/d。该法生长的圆柱形晶体在紫外波段有优良的光学性能 ,定向生长与一般的传统方法相比较 ,除了提高晶体生长效率 6倍外 ,在制做滤光器元件的效率、时间和成本都有显著的优点。
In order to improve the growth efficiency of nickel sulfate crystals and the efficiency of crystal making filter elements, we have found a new method for growing a cylindrical nickel sulfate crystal α-NSH (α -NiSO 4 · 6H 2 O). The growth of cylindrical single crystal with diameter of 30 ~ 400 mm and length of 400 mm was grown by solution cooling method. The growth rate in the (0 0 1) direction was controlled to 1 ~ 1.5 mm / d. The cylindrical crystals grown by the method have excellent optical properties in the ultraviolet region. Compared with the conventional method, the directional growth of the crystal has the advantages of improving the efficiency of crystal growth by 6 times and increasing the efficiency, time and cost of the filter element Significant advantages.
