与热闹的大型地下商业广场的建设相比,这里的生意却不温不火,定位不准、管理不善、宣传不足也许是其失败的原因。当虚高的地价、高涨的租金、有限的地上资源挤压着城市地上商业地产的时候,看上去商机无限的地下商业广场如雨后春笋般冒出。不仅仅是北上广,就连一些三、四线城市甚至小县城,近年来也纷纷开始建设大型地下商业广场。与建设的热闹相比,地下商业街的经营状况却有喜有忧。一些定位准确,占据天时、地利、人和的地下商业街生意红火,而有些地下商业街因受到资源限制,经营惨淡。
