采用溶胶–凝胶法制备了SO42–/TiO2–Cu2+与SO42–/TiO2–Ag+2种固体超强酸并负载于活性炭纤维(ACF)与颗粒活性炭(GAC)上,利用SEM、XRD和EDS对其进行表征。实验考察了4种负载型光催化剂光催化降解偏二甲肼(UDMH)废水的效果及在SO42–/TiO2–Cu2+催化的降解过程中中间产物的变化情况。结果表明:ACF负载型固体超强酸催化剂的降解效果明显优于GAC负载型催化剂,SO42–/TiO2–Cu2+的催化效果明显优于SO42–/TiO2–Ag+。实验中还对负载型催化剂进行了再生和重复再利用研究,并对其失活原因进行了分析。
Two solid superacid SO42- / TiO2-Cu2 + and SO42- / TiO2-Ag + were prepared by sol-gel method and supported on activated carbon fiber (ACF) and granular activated carbon (GAC). SEM, XRD and EDS It is characterized. The effect of photocatalytic degradation of UDMH wastewater by four kinds of supported photocatalysts and the change of intermediates during the degradation of SO42- / TiO2-Cu2 + were investigated experimentally. The results showed that the degradation of ACF supported solid superacid catalyst was better than that of GAC supported catalyst. The catalytic effect of SO42- / TiO2-Cu2 + was better than that of SO42- / TiO2-Ag +. In the experiment, the supported catalyst was also studied for regeneration and reuse, and the reasons for its deactivation were analyzed.
