为飞行员的个性选拔提供科学依据,采用五态性格问卷、艾森克人格问卷和卡特尔16种人格因素问卷3个量表,对我国252名健康男性飞行员(平均年龄31.8岁)进行了个性特征、个性类型、个性与飞行成绩以及3种方法相互关系的研究,结果表明,飞行员的个性类型,按艾森克3个人格维度(E、P、N)的量表分,经聚类分析和逐步判别分析,可将飞行员分为3种个性类型,其判别正确率达92.31%。第一种个性类型是以高E分和低N分为特征,即外向稳定型;第二种个性类型是以低E分和低N分为特征,即内向稳定型;第三种个性类型是以高N分为显著特征,即情绪不稳定型。飞行成绩和个性特征关系研究指出,飞行成绩好坏与飞行员的情绪稳定性、敢为性,紧张性、适应性和心理健康水平等有关。经3个量表的指标聚类分析和相关分析证实:五态性格的分量表与艾森克人格维度和卡氏16种人格因素之间存在着密切相关关系.
This study provides a scientific basis for pilots personality selection. We use 252 questionnaires of five personality traits, Eysenck Personality Questionnaire and Cartel 16 personality factors questionnaire to conduct a survey of 252 healthy male pilots (mean age 31.8 years) in our country Personality characteristics, personality and flight performance, as well as the interrelationship among the three methods. The results show that the pilot’s personality type is divided into three categories according to Eysenck’s personality dimensions (E, P, N) Analysis and stepwise discriminant analysis, pilots can be divided into three types of personality, the correct rate of 92.31%. The first type of personality is characterized by a high E score and a low N score, ie, extroverted stable type. The second type of personality is characterized by a low E score and a low N score, ie, an introverted stable type. The third type of personality is High N is divided into significant features, that is, emotional instability. The relationship between flight achievement and personality characteristics indicates that the flight performance is related to the pilot’s emotional stability, daringness, stress, adaptability and mental health. The cluster analysis and correlation analysis of the three scales confirm that there is a close relationship between the subscales of eysenck personality and 16 personality factors.
