随着以数控技术为代表的现代加工技术的广泛应用,数控技术人才的培养引起了各高校的重视。但由于资金投入、师资条件等多方因素的制约,目前高职院校对数控编程、操作和维修人才的培养方式并不能满足社会发展的需要。因此,探索和尝试新的教学方法成为高职数控教学的重点。本文通过对教学过程中数控仿真软件的认识和实践,结合山东英才学院的实际情况,提出了理论、仿真和实操相结合的数控教学方法,并对仿真软件在高职院校数控教学中的作用进行了探讨。
