目的:研究山藿香的挥发油成分。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取山藿香中的挥发油,采用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用仪对其进行分析鉴定,用色谱峰面积归一化法计算各组分相对百分含量。结果:山藿香挥发油的成分主要是萜类及其含氧化合物。结论:该研究为综合利用山藿香提供参考依据。
Objective: To study the volatile oil components of patchouli. Methods: Volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The relative percentage of each component was calculated by the method of chromatographic peak area normalization . Results: Essential oils of Pogostemon cablin are mainly terpenoids and their oxygenated compounds. Conclusion: This study provides a reference for the comprehensive utilization of patchouli.
