采用硬度计、光学显微镜、扫描电镜及能谱仪等手段对40Mn钢链片断裂原因进行了研究,并提出了改进措施。结果表明,40Mn钢链片断裂的原因为链片基体内存在大量非金属夹杂物、热轧原板带状组织严重、链片表面脱碳及淬火冷速不足。针对40Mn钢链片断裂的不同原因,通过采取优化炼钢工艺、连铸工艺、淬火加热及冷却等措施,有效避免了链片的断裂,提高了链片的合格率。
The causes of fracture of 40Mn steel chain pieces were studied by means of hardness tester, optical microscope, scanning electron microscope and energy dispersive spectrometer, and the improvement measures were put forward. The results show that the reason of 40Mn steel chain fracture is that a large amount of nonmetallic inclusions exist in the matrix of the chain plate. The ribbon structure of the hot rolled plate is serious and the surface of the chain is decarburized and the cooling rate is insufficient. According to the different reasons of the 40Mn steel chain fracture, the measures such as optimizing the steelmaking process, continuous casting process, quenching and cooling and so on, can effectively avoid the fracture of the chain and improve the pass rate of the chain.
