按不同有效成分配比 ,将茶皂素和高效氯氰菊酯制成混合制剂 ,并测定混合制剂对菜蚜的联合毒力和共毒系数。结果表明 ,茶皂·高氯 6种不同配比的制剂 ,对菜蚜的相对毒力均有明显提高 ,均表现增效作用 ,其中茶皂素和高效氯氰菊酯以有效成分 5∶1混配时 ,菜蚜对药剂的敏感性最高 ;毒力稳定性最好 ;增效作用最为显著 ,远高于其它制剂。
According to the ratio of different active ingredients, tea saponin and beta-cypermethrin were made into a mixed preparation, and the combined toxicity and co-toxicity coefficient of the mixed preparation to aphidous vegetable aphid were determined. The results showed that the relative toxicities of six different formulations of tea soap and high-chlorine had a significant effect on the relative toxicity of the cabbage aphids, all of which showed synergistic effects. When the tea saponin and the beta-cypermethrin were mixed with the active ingredient 5: 1 , Aphis gossypii the highest sensitivity to the agent; the best virulence; synergistic effect is the most significant, much higher than other formulations.
