Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of gingko dipamide combined with anisodamine on foot wound healing of diabetic foot lower extremity after arterial intervention. Methods A total of 101 patients undergoing lower extremity arterial bypass surgery were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received intravenous dripping of anisodamine 20mg and normal saline 250mL once a day, while the control group received 52 intravenous infusion of anisodamine Alkali usage, the same dosage as the control group, and given gingko Damo injection 20mL + saline 250mL intravenous infusion, 2 times / d. Two groups were treated for 4 weeks for a course of treatment, after a course of treatment, two groups of curative effect, foot wound Wagner grading, and application of color Doppler ultrasound examination of two groups of dorsalis pedis artery diameter, blood flow velocity. Results The total effective rate (92.3%) in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (59.1%) (P <0.05). After treatment, the diameter of the dorsalis pedis artery, the blood flow velocity and the peak of blood flow in the treatment group were significantly improved <0.05). Conclusion Ginkgo biloba combined with anisodamine is helpful for the healing of foot wounds in patients with diabetic foot after lower extremity arterial intervention.
