Provincial People’s Government: After the State Council (No. 24 Document No. 24) approved the Ministry of Health’s “Report on the Rational Solution to the Problem of Barefoot Doctors’ Assistance”, we investigated the current situation of cooperative medical services and barefoot doctors in the province and held two meetings. Provincial Rural Health Organization Symposium. According to the survey, there are currently 31,595 barefoot doctors in the province. After several years of training and retraining, the technical level has greatly improved. There are 10,000 rural doctors’ certificates. Like civilian-run teachers, they are intellectuals and technical people in rural areas.
