(本文接第四期)15.呼吸功能的预备队-呼吸储备:呼吸系统的功能储备十分强大。由于呼吸过程与呼吸道、肺、心血管、血液以及肌肉系统等有关,因此运动时最大功能储备与上述系统均有关系。这些方面的知识有助于我们理解呼吸系统疾病患者的呼吸功能改变以及运动训练的原理。上面提到安静时机体的吸氧量为3.5毫升/公斤(体重)/分钟,而最大运动时可以达到40-70毫升/公斤(体重)/分钟,大约是安静时的10~20倍。运动中吸氧量的增加量就是呼吸功能储备量。吸氧量增加的程度越高,就意味着呼吸功能储备越强。
