一、“小团队自主合作探究”教学法的构建背景(一)“小团队自主合作探究”教学法是深化教育改革的需要国际21世纪教育委员会在向联合国教科文组织提交的《教育——财富蕴藏其中》的报告中指出,面对未来社会的发展,教育的四大支柱是学会认知、学会做事、学会共同生活、学会生存以适应和改造自己的环境。笔者所在学校的“小团队自主合作探究”之教学改革便是在这一教育理念的影响下产生的。从“无人”的教育转向“为人”的教育,它关注的是对人的主体精神与创新能力的培养。
