目的分析克霉唑栓和氟康唑胶囊联合治疗念珠菌性阴道炎的疗效。方法 80例念珠菌性阴道炎患者,按不同治疗方案分为对照组(38例)和研究组(42例),对照组行克霉唑栓治疗,研究组在对照组基础上行氟康唑胶囊治疗,观察两组疗效、症状改善时间。结果对照组总有效率(73.7%)低于研究组(95.2%),各症状改善时间均长于研究组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论念珠菌性阴道炎给予克霉唑栓和氟康唑胶囊联合治疗的疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To analyze the curative effect of combination of clotrimazole suppository and fluconazole capsule on candidal vaginitis. Methods Eighty patients with candidal vaginitis were divided into control group (n = 38) and study group (n = 42) according to different treatment regimen. The control group received clotrimazole suppository. The study group was given fluconazole capsule Treatment, observation of two groups efficacy, symptom improvement time. Results The total effective rate (73.7%) of the control group was lower than that of the study group (95.2%), and the improvement time of each symptom was longer than that of the study group. The differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Candida vaginitis given clotrimazole suppository and fluconazole capsules combined treatment of significant effect, worthy of clinical application.
