简要分析了掺铥铝酸钇(Tm:YAP)晶体的能级结构及吸收光谱特性和磷化锗锌(ZGP)晶体的相位匹配特性,报道了一种在室温条件下工作的中红外光参量振荡器(OPO)。激光器输出的波长为3.88、4.00、4.14μm,在脉冲频率为10kHz时,最大输出功率为7.16W,OPO抽运源到中波输出激光的光-光转换效率为49.4%、斜率效率为48.9%。激光单脉冲宽度为81.47ns,单脉冲能量为0.71mJ,单脉冲峰值功率为8.78kW,光束质量M2在X方向为3.8,Y方向为4.0。
A brief analysis of the energy level structure and absorption spectra of Yttrium Aluminum Tase (Ym) crystal and the phase matching characteristics of Zinc Phosphate (ZGP) crystal are presented. A mid-infrared light parameter Oscillator (OPO). The laser output wavelength is 3.88,4.00,4.14μm, the maximum output power is 7.16W at the pulse frequency of 10kHz, the optical-optical conversion efficiency of OPO pump source to medium-frequency output laser is 49.4% and the slope efficiency is 48.9% . The single pulse width of the laser is 81.47 ns, the single pulse energy is 0.71 mJ, the single pulse peak power is 8.78 kW, the beam quality M2 is 3.8 in the X direction, and 4.0 in the Y direction.
