目的:建立Cr(Ⅵ)的快速、灵敏的催化共振荧光法测定新方法。方法:基于硫酸介质中,Cr(Ⅵ)能催化碘酸钾氧化罗丹明110(Rh110)的反应,导致体系的共振荧光强度急剧减弱,在一定条件下,共振荧光强度减小值与溶液中Cr(Ⅵ)浓度成线性,据此建立了一种催化共振荧光法测定Cr(Ⅵ)的新方法。结果:方法的线性范围为0.02~0.40μg/ml,检出限3.20μg/L,相对标准偏差为1.68%~2.14%(n=11),样品加标回收率90.0%~95.0%。结论:方法灵敏度高、精密度好,用于环境水样中痕量Cr(Ⅵ)的测定,结果满意。
Objective: To establish a rapid and sensitive new method for the determination of Cr (Ⅵ) by catalytic resonance fluorescence spectrometry. Methods: Cr (Ⅵ) can catalyze the reaction of rhodamine 110 (Rh110) catalyzed by potassium iodate in sulfuric acid medium, resulting in the abrupt decrease of the resonance fluorescence intensity of the system. Under certain conditions, (Ⅵ) concentration was linear, a new method for the determination of Cr (Ⅵ) by catalytic resonance fluorescence spectrometry was established. Results: The linear range of the method was 0.02-0.40 μg / ml with the detection limit of 3.20 μg / L and the relative standard deviation of 1.68% -2.14% (n = 11). The spiked recoveries ranged from 90.0% to 95.0%. Conclusion: The method has high sensitivity and good precision and is applied to the determination of trace Cr (Ⅵ) in environmental water samples with satisfactory results.
