对重庆乡土植物资源亮叶桦叶片精油组分进行了GC-MS鉴定和挥发性成分应用分析,采用水蒸气蒸馏法进行缙云山野生亮叶桦叶片精油分离提取,采用气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)法进行叶片精油挥发性成分组成鉴定,结合文献检索对其主要挥发性成分的应用方向和开发潜力进行分析阐述.结果表明:从缙云山亮叶桦叶片精油中分离鉴定出挥发性成分61种,以酯类、醇类、烷烃、烯烃、羧酸类化合物为主,其中水杨酸甲酯、芳樟醇、植物醇、香叶醇是其主要组分,具有产业化开发价值.重庆乡土植物资源亮叶桦是对人体健康非常有益的新型绿化树种,其叶片精油也是新型精细化工原料,具有较高的开发和推广价值.
GC-MS identification and volatile component analysis of the essential oil components of the leaves of the native Betula luminifera from Chongqing native plants were carried out. The essential oil of the leaves of the wild Betula luminifera from Jinyun Mountain was isolated by steam distillation. The components of the leaves were determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry GC-MS) was used to identify the volatile components in the essential oil of leaves, and the literature review was used to analyze the application direction and development potential of the main volatile components.The results showed that the volatile components Among the 61 species, esters, alcohols, alkanes, alkenes and carboxylic acids were the main compounds. Among them, methyl salicylate, linalool, phytol and geraniol were their main components, which had the value of industrial development. Chongqing native plant resources Bright birch is very beneficial to human health, a new green tree species, its leaf essential oil is also a new fine chemical raw materials, with high development and promotion value.
