建立测定利福平二甲基-β-环糊精包合物中利福平含量的方法。采用分光光度法测定含量,测定波长为474nm。利福平在474nm处有最大吸收,在10.0—35.0μg.mL-1范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为:A=0.0171C-0.0065(r=0.9998);平均回收率为100.2%(n=9),RSD为0.96%;日内RSD分别为0.78%、0.59%、0.86%(n=5);日间RSD分别为1.12%、1.38%、0.98%(n=3);测得3批样品的含量分别为34.21%、34.90%、33.23%。方法操准确、简便、迅速,适用于利福平二甲基-β-环糊精包合物中利福平含量的测定。
To establish a method for determination of rifampicin in rifampicin dimethyl-β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex. The content was determined by spectrophotometry, the measured wavelength was 474nm. Rifampicin has the maximum absorption at 474nm, and has a good linear relationship with absorbance in the range of 10.0-35.0μg.mL-1. The regression equation is: A = 0.0171C-0.0065 (r = 0.9998); the average recovery is 100.2 day RSD was 0.78%, 0.59% and 0.86%, respectively (n = 5). The daytime RSD was 1.12%, 1.38% and 0.98% respectively (n = 3) Three batches of samples were 34.21%, 34.90%, 33.23% respectively. The method is accurate, simple and rapid and is suitable for the determination of the rifampin content in the rifampin dimethyl-β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex.
