对预制板带接缝的混凝土叠合楼板进行了足尺试验,研究了叠合板的受力性能,包括破坏机理、承载力、刚度、裂缝分布、叠合面抗剪性能等。并对比研究了钢筋桁架对叠合板的作用、拼接缝对叠合板的影响。通过与理论分析进行对比,提出了计算假定和计算方法,为带接缝的装配式叠合楼板的设计提供参考。
Full-scale tests on prefabricated concrete slabs with joints are carried out. The mechanical properties of the composite plywood are studied, including failure mechanism, bearing capacity, stiffness, crack distribution and shearing performance of laminated surfaces. The effects of reinforcing steel trusses on plywood and the influence of splicing joints on the plywood were compared. By comparing with theoretical analysis, the calculation assumptions and calculation methods are put forward to provide references for the design of fabricated laminated floors with joints.
