针对文 11联合站原油脱水与注入水处理简易流程 ,在室内筛选出反相破乳剂RD 1以取代原用破乳剂DR95 1,又筛选了阻垢剂HEDP、净水剂聚合氯化铁 +聚合氯化铝、杀菌剂HCB 2 ,在文 11联矿场简易流程试验中使用这一组化学剂 ,使破乳剂加量由 2 8.6mg/L降到 8.7mg/L ,脱水电流由 15A降到 5A ,电脱水温度由 70℃降到 6 0℃ ,脱出污水含油由1371mg/L降到 45— 5 0mg/L ,消除了系统结垢 ,净化油含水和注入水水质均达到要求指标
