目的对比并分析电感耦合等离子体质谱法(inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry,ICP-MS)和原子荧光法(atomic fluorescence spectroscopy,AFS)对3种不同剂型的保健食品中总砷含量测定的差异。方法样品加入硝酸放置过夜后,再经微波消解处理,ICP-MS法使用内标法校正基体效应和接口效应,而AFS加入预还原剂产生氢化物反应。结果 ICP-MS法检出限为0.0750μg/L,AFS法检出限为0.0435μg/L,2种方法校准曲线相关系数均大于0.9995,回收率均在80.98%~119.25%之间,精密度分别为1.45%和1.87%,ICP-MS法测得保健品片剂、软胶囊、蛋白粉总砷分别为0.010、0.031、0.013 mg/kg,AFS测定保健品片剂、软胶囊、蛋白粉总砷的结果均为未检出。结论 AFS在测定普通样品的砷含量比ICP-MS法结果略低,在测定微量的砷样品时会导致未检出,ICP-MS法更加适用于此类保健品总砷含量的测量。
Objective To compare and analyze the determination of total arsenic in three kinds of health food products by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) and atomic fluorescence spectroscopy (AFS). Methods After the samples were treated with nitric acid for overnight, microwave digestion was used. The ICP-MS method was used to correct the matrix effect and interface effect by internal standard method. The AFS added prereducing agent to produce hydride reaction. Results The detection limits were 0.0750μg / L by ICP-MS and 0.0435μg / L by AFS. The calibration curves of the two methods were all higher than 0.9995, and the recovery rates were between 80.98% and 119.25%. The precision Respectively 1.45% and 1.87%. The total arsenic contents of health care tablets, soft capsules and protein powder measured by ICP-MS were 0.010, 0.031 and 0.013 mg / kg, respectively. The AFS determination of health care tablets, soft capsules and protein powder Arsenic results were not detected. Conclusion AFS has a slightly lower arsenic concentration than the ICP-MS method for the determination of common arsenic. It can not be detected in the determination of trace amounts of arsenic, and ICP-MS is more suitable for the determination of total arsenic in such health products.
