1993～1994年间我院发现三例经手术病理证实的肺部炎性假瘤,其中二例肺肿块合并肺膨胀不全,另一例为支气管内炎性假瘤合并肺膨胀不全,本文着重探讨肺膨胀不全和支气管内肿块的X线和CT的表现。病例摘要(见附表) Between 1993 and 1994, three cases of lung inflammatory pseudotumor confirmed by surgery and pathology were found in our hospital from 1993 to 1994. Two cases of lung mass combined with pulmonary insufficiency, and the other cases were bronchial inflammatory pseudotumor complicated with pulmonary dysplasia.
