选择空气氟均值为0.553mmol/L、水氟低于0.053mmol/L的台沟村儿童少年566人为调查对象。另选空气氟均值为0.237mmol/L,水氟浓度与台沟村相似的郑州郊区十八里河儿童少年869人为对照。结果:骨龄延迟率台沟村男性为49.18%,女性为44.62%,两区之间差异非常显著(P<0.01)。背肌力:台沟村男性11~14岁年龄组比对照组减少4.9~10.3kg,女性11~15岁年龄组比对照组减少6.5~18.2kg,其中男性差异有显著性(P<0.05),女性差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。显示:台沟村较对照区男、女儿童少年骨龄发育延迟。身体形态机能指标以背肌力、体重影响显著。
A total of 566 children and adolescents in Taigou village were chosen as subjects for the study. Air fluoride content was 0.553 mmol / L and water fluoride content was less than 0.053 mmol / L.
