5月1日,《美国科学院院刊》(PNAS)杂志在线发表了中国科学院上海生命科学研究院植物逆境生物学研究中心朱健康研究组题为“Short tandem target mimic rice lines uncover functions of mi RNAs in regulating important agronomic traits”的研究论文,该研究利用STTM技术大规模沉默水稻miRNA,并发现了多种miRNA的新功能,为进一步深化miRNA功能研究和水稻遗传改良提供了有效资源。
On May 1, PNAS magazine published an online research report titled “Short tandem target mimic rice lines uncover functions of miRNAs” by the Zhu Jiankang Research Group of the Institute of Plant Stress Biology, Shanghai Institutes for Biological Sciences, Chinese Academy of Sciences in regulating important agronomic traits, "which used STTM to silently silence rice miRNAs and discovered new miRNA functions, providing an effective resource for further research on miRNA function and rice genetic improvement.
