本文研究六种镍铜铬奥氏体铸铁,观察金相组织,测试机械性能,试验在内蒙古天然碱苛化烧碱液中的腐蚀速度,用电镜分析腐蚀形态.结果表明:六种铸铁耐蚀性均优于1Cr18NigTi钢,灰铸铁Z4最佳,Z5其次.腐蚀形态宏观为全面腐蚀,整体的耐蚀性决定于铸铁的成分与组织.随着镍及铜含量增加,强度下降塑性提高.球铁的强度和塑性均优于灰铸铁,但两者的耐蚀性属同一水平。
In this paper, six kinds of nickel-copper-chromium austenitic cast iron were investigated, the microstructure and mechanical properties were tested, the corrosion rate of caustic soda in caustic soda in Inner Mongolia was tested, and the corrosion morphology was analyzed by electron microscope. The results show that the corrosion resistance of six cast irons is better than that of 1Cr18NigTi steel, gray cast iron Z4 is the best and Z5 is the second. As the nickel and copper contents increase, the strength decreases and the plasticity increases.
