一、“28”钢简体结构及对成形的要求该超高强度钢筒体是长径比较大的薄壁零件,如图1所示。筒体由薄壁段和厚壁段两部分组成,其中薄壁段最终旋压后椭圆度要求不大于0.30毫米,不直度不大于0.30毫米,壁厚偏差不大于0.04毫米;机械性能要求σ_b≥145kg/mm~2,δ≥8%。筒体薄壁段的尺寸是封闭的,精度要求高,旋压成形时尺寸精度不易保证,是旋压成形的关键。 First, the “28” steel structure and the requirements of the shape of the ultra-high strength steel cylinder is the larger diameter of the thin-walled parts, as shown in Figure 1.
