为了探讨羊膜腔内注入利凡诺中止妊娠的机理,我们作了一系列实验观察,结果可见: 1.排出的胎儿皮肤和内脏有不同程度的损害,胎盘病理呈现变性、坏死及炎症。 2.组织化学染色显示排出的胎盘3β-HSD及核糖核酸减少。 3.利凡诺引起体外培养的人绒毛滋养膜细胞的变性和坏死。 4.注药后孕妇血中的HCG及孕酮在临产后,分娩前均有所下降。 5.利凡诺能刺激正常孕妇离体子宫肌条产生不同程度的收缩。 6.注射利凡诺后胎儿心血内利凡诺的含量比母血内含量明显为高。 综上所述,初步设想羊膜腔内注入利凡诺引产的成功是由于局部的药物作用使胎膜、胎盘和胎儿受到损伤,一方面影响了激素对维持妊娠的调节,一方面引起了前列腺素的释放而致成流产。
