学前教育是每个孩子教育的起航点,不仅是国民教育的基础,也是国民教育的奠基工程。幼儿园教师在学前教育过程中应该做到将保育和教育相结合,注重对孩子良好习惯的培养,既要保护孩子的好奇心,也要尊重孩子的学习方式,孩子的发展是学前教育的主体。但是在实际的学前教育教学过程中,很多幼儿园教师存在很多亟待解决的问题。为了保证学前教育能真正发挥其在孩子教育其实阶段的重要作用,本研究就对幼儿园教师专业发展问题与对策进行探讨分析。 Pre-school education is the starting point for every child’s education. It is not only the foundation of national education but also the foundation work of national education. Kindergarten teachers in the process of pre-school education should be combined with conservation and education, focusing on the development of good habits of children, it is necessary to protect the curiosity of children, but also respect children’s learning styles, children’s development is the main pre-school education. However, in the process of actual preschool education, many kindergarten teachers have many problems to be solved urgently. In order to ensure pre-school education can really play its important role in the actual stage of children’s education, this study explores and analyzes the problems and countermeasures of kindergarten teachers’ professional development.
