自闭症患儿的康复需要漫长的时间,这个过程中家长的陪伴极其重要,同时,也需要社会提供志愿者服务来缓解自闭症家长持续的生理和心理的压力。因此,建立大学生志愿服务长效机制对自闭症儿童的康复干预有着重大的意义。针对目前自闭症康复机构中志愿服务存在的问题,提出大力宣传志愿服务精神,树立正确的志愿服务态度;多方联动,建立志愿服务社团、自闭症康复机构和患儿家庭的交流平台;加大志愿者培训力度,健全志愿者培训机制;建立并完善对志愿服务的监督管理和激励制度等举措以建立大学生志愿服务长效机制。
The rehabilitation of children with autism needs a long time. Parents’ accompany is extremely important in this process. At the same time, it also needs society to provide volunteer service to relieve the ongoing psychological and physical pressure of parents with autism. Therefore, the establishment of a long-term mechanism of volunteer service for college students is of great significance to rehabilitation intervention for children with autism. Aiming at the existing problems of volunteer service in autism rehabilitation institutions, it is proposed to vigorously publicize the spirit of volunteer service and establish a correct volunteer service attitude. Multi-party linkage should be established to establish an exchange platform for volunteer service organizations, autism rehabilitation organizations and children’s families. Volunteer training efforts to improve the volunteer training mechanism; establish and improve the supervision and management of voluntary services and incentives such as initiatives to establish a long-term mechanism of volunteer service for college students.
