为改善水平井沿井管射孔的两相蒸汽出流的均匀性,提高用水平井注蒸汽稠油热采的采收率,建立了半解析计算模型,编制了计算程序。用它计算了沿水平井井管射孔流出的两边相蒸汽质量流量、温度、压力、干度的分布。结果表明:恰当地改变射孔孔径、间距的分布,可以改善井管射孔出流分布的均匀性。参数敏感性分析表明,对井管射孔出流分布的均匀性影响较大的因素依次为:油层渗透率、井管长度和井管内径。
In order to improve the uniformity of two-phase steam outflow in horizontal well perforation and improve the recovery rate of heavy oil thermal recovery of horizontal well steam injection, a semi-analytical calculation model is established and a calculation program is prepared. It is used to calculate the distribution of the mass flow, temperature, pressure and dryness of the steam on both sides of the horizontal well pipe perforation. The results show that the proper distribution of perforations and spacings can improve the uniformity of outflow distribution. The parameter sensitivity analysis shows that the factors which have a great influence on the uniformity of outflow distribution of well pipe are as follows: the permeability of the oil well, the length of the well pipe and the inner diameter of the well pipe.
