1 病例介绍 患者,女,29岁。因头痛自服去痛片(系安徽省旌德制药厂生产,批号为950305。)1片,约10分钟后出现神志模糊,视物不清,并出现颜面浮肿伴全身瘙痒,无胸闷心悸,无恶心,无腰背酸痛等其它不适。即由家属急送本院。查体:血压:6.67/4.0KPa,脉搏:92次/分,呼吸:20次/分,神志淡漠,对答切题,眼睑面部浮肿明显,球结膜水肿,未及心肺及其它脏器阳性体征。入院后查肝、肾功能、电解质及血、尿、便常规无殊,心电图正常,予地塞米松,息斯敏等治疗后
