研究了八异戊氧基钯酞菁 (octa PdPc)掺杂有机改性溶胶 凝胶玻璃反饱和吸收和热散焦光限幅特性 ,初步研究了一种室内防护的可见波段脉冲和连续激光限幅器。对于 488nm波长 ,当限幅器的孔径为 2 2cm时 ,使用一层厚度为 1mm的octa PdPc限幅介质 ,得到的透过率≤ 30 %;在不改变孔径的情况下 ,增加一层相同厚度的octa PdPc限幅介质 ,得到的透过率≤ 9%。通过调小孔径或增加介质层数 ,限幅性能可进一步提高。对于 6 32 8nm ,5 14 5nm和 45 7 9nm波长的光 ,与 488nm具有相似的限幅特性。
In this paper, the octa-PdPc doped organic modified sol-gel glass has been investigated for its anti-saturation absorption and thermal defocusing properties.
