随着再就业服务中心关闭的脚步的临近,下岗职工解除劳动关系,实现再就业己成为社会广泛关注的一个热点问题。目前福安市仍有5000多名职工,因企业无法支付补偿金,劳动关系仍然保留在企业,从而不能走向市场实现再就业;已出中心下岗职工中仍有500多人由于资金短缺,没有解除劳动关系;今年六月底,福安市在中心的下岗职工协议期满将全部出中心,也需要解除劳动关系。人员集中、时间集中,到时政府和企业一下子要拿出大量资金用于支付下岗职工经济补偿金,确有困难。难归难,劳动关系还是要解除的。道理很简单,下岗职工不与原企业断关系,就不利于与建立和稳定新的劳动关系。只有解决这个问题,下岗职工才算真正走出中心,才真正是走向市场,就业体制也才能完成从计划到市场的转变。那么下岗职工解除劳动关系,究竟要迈过几道坎?
