运输行业的竞争随着经济的发展迅速进入了白热化阶段,若要在市场竞争中站住脚跟,需要不断更新经营管理理念和方法,不断调整自我的战略目标,以适应时代的发展和市场经济动向。成本控制是铁路运输企业需要关注的焦点,如何用科学的方式来管控铁路运输企业的成本,成为了企业研究的重中之重。笔者将从企业的成本管理内容出发,针对企业存在问题进行分析,并给出相应的解决方法,为落实我国运输企业“成本降低”给出相应的参考意见。
