作为一种通俗的艺术形式,手工是幼儿教师必备的技能之一。无论是在课堂教学,还是在幼儿园的环境设计,幼儿教育教学都需要用到手工艺术。对于中职幼师专业的学生而言,学好手工课程,是提高职业能力,奠定职业基础的重要途径。近年来,随着中职教育教学环境的改善,幼师专业的手工课程教学也取得了一定的成绩。但由于教学场地、教学资源、教师条件、学生素质等方面因素的限制,教学效率低下等问题也相对突出。基于此,笔者结合教学实践中存在的问题以及相关案例,就如何提高中职幼师手工教学的有效性,浅谈四方面的体会。
As a popular art form, handwork is one of the necessary skills for preschool teachers. Whether in classroom teaching or in the kindergarten environment design, preschool education requires the use of handcraft. For the teachers of secondary vocational schools, learning manual courses is an important way to improve their professional ability and lay a professional foundation. In recent years, with the improvement of the teaching environment of secondary vocational education, kindergarten teachers have also made some achievements in the teaching of manual courses. However, the problems such as teaching space, teaching resources, teachers’ conditions, quality of students and other factors restrict the efficiency of teaching is also relatively prominent. Based on this, the author combines the existing problems in teaching practice and related cases, on how to improve the effectiveness of manual teaching in secondary vocational schools, to talk about the experience of four aspects.
