目的了解短时受精对体外受精-胚胎移植(in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer,IVF-ET)结局的影响。方法选择在本生殖医学中心接受常规IVF治疗的248个周期,通过一定条件限制将其分为短时受精组和过夜受精组,将248个常规IVF周期中的卵子进行配对资料(同一IVF周期同时进行短时受精和过夜受精者,共20个周期)和非配对资料(1个IVF周期只采用1种方式受精者,过夜受精组177个周期,短时受精组51个周期)研究,比较短时受精组和过夜受精组的正常受精(2PN)率、多精受精率、卵裂率、优质胚胎率及临床妊娠率。结果无论配对还是非配对资料,短时受精组的正常受精(2PN)率、多精受精率、卵裂率、优质胚胎率、临床妊娠率等与过夜受精组比较均无统计学差异(P>0.05);在非配对资料中,短时受精组的移植优胚率(77.33±36.69)%明显高于过夜受精组(64.04±41.85)%(P<0.05),而在配对资料中,用于移植的优质胚胎率短时受精组和过夜受精组无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论短时受精是一种安全、有效的受精方式,但不能改善胚胎质量和妊娠结局。
Objective To investigate the effect of short-term fertilization on the outcomes of in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer (IVF-ET). Methods 248 cycles of routine IVF treatment were selected in this reproductive medical center. According to certain conditions, they were divided into short-term fertilization group and overnight fertilization group, and the eggs in 248 normal IVF cycles were matched (the same IVF cycle Short-term fertilization and overnight fertilization, a total of 20 cycles) and unpaired data (1 IVF cycle only one way of fertilization, overnight fertilization group 177 cycles, short-term fertilization group 51 cycles) study, relatively short Normal fertilization (2PN) rate, multiple fertilization rate, cleavage rate, high quality embryo rate and clinical pregnancy rate were observed in the fertilized group and the overnight fertilized group. Results No significant differences were found in the rate of normal fertilization (2PN), fertilization rate, cleavage rate, high quality embryo rate, clinical pregnancy rate and other parameters of overnight fertilization group (P> 0.05). In unpaired data, the excellent embryo transfer rate (77.33 ± 36.69)% in short-term fertilization group was significantly higher than that of overnight fertilization group (64.04 ± 41.85)% (P <0.05) There was no significant difference in the rate of transplanted high quality embryos between short-term fertilization group and overnight fertilization group (P> 0.05). Conclusion Short-term fertilization is a safe and effective method of fertilization, but it can not improve embryo quality and pregnancy outcome.
