一、问题的提出广播电视是教育、鼓舞全党全军全国各族人民建设社会主义物质文明、精神文明的最强大的现代化工具,这是广播电视工作的根本性质和任务。在新时期,要为全面贯彻“坚持以经济建设为中心,坚持四项基本原则,坚持改革开放”的基本路线服务,为满足人民群众日益增长的文化生活需要服务。为此,要做好两方而工作:提高服务质量,完善服务手段。
I. Issues Raised Radio and television is the most powerful modern tool for educating and inspiring the people of all ethnic groups in the country, the whole nation, and the people in building socialistic material and spiritual civilizations. This is the fundamental nature and task of radio and television work. In the new period, it is necessary to serve the people’s growing cultural life for the full implementation of the basic line of service of “adhering to economic construction as the center, upholding the four cardinal principles and upholding reform and opening up.” To do this, we must do a good job in both parties: improve service quality and improve service means.
